Lisap Special Blue 40V (12%) brightening emulsion was created for people who are looking for perfect dyeing or lightening their hair. The purpose of the oxidizing emulsion is to improve their penetration into the hair structure, ensuring a longer and more intense effect. The emulsion has the formula of a creamy consistency, therefore it easily mixes with any paint, creating a homogeneous substance. An additional advantage of the cosmetic is that it ensures good hydration of the hair during the coloring process - thanks to this, the risk of its damage is reduced.
