Return and exchange

Return

The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The customer is obliged to send a written declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract together with the intact goods and undamaged packaging.

Replacement of goods

The exchange of goods consists of returning the selected articles, then placing a new independent order.
